Foresight Recruitment Group was founded by Nik Gandhorkia and David Little with a clear focus: to serve Canada’s real estate sector with the expertise it deserves. We’re not generalists, we’re industry specialists who understand the nuances of the real estate industry.

In 2025, Shawna Brothers joined the firm, bringing national HR strategy expertise and further strengthening our team. Together, we offer a well-rounded blend of recruitment, operations, and industry insight, positioning us as a trusted partner to organizations across the country.

The team

David
Little

David has spent 11 years in real estate recruitment, moving to Calgary in 2018 where he’s focused on Alberta's real estate market. In January 2024, he took the next step in his career by co-founding Foresight Recruitment Group. David's true passion is supporting the real estate industry, which he actions by actively investing with organizations such as the REET Institute (a NFP group encouraging BIPOC high-school students to join the industry), and his committee work with CREW, BOMA Edmonton, and BOMA Calgary.

Nik
Gandhorkia

Nik has over a decade of experience as a specialist recruiter and executive search consultant. Having lived and worked across Canada for several years, Nik continues to serve real estate clients across the provinces whilst calling BC Home. With a deep commitment to real estate, he sits on local committees with BOMA BC & ICSC Vancouver, focused on cultivating individuals within the industry. In an age of AI & Technology, Nik’s approach to hiring and partnering with clients ensures we don’t lose the personal, human touch.

Shawna Brothers is Director of Operations & Talent at Foresight Recruitment Group and a national HR strategist. With over a decade leading talent acquisition and people strategy, she brings an operator’s perspective to recruiting across Canada. Her expertise spans Property Management, Building Operations, Accounting, Investment, Development, and Leasing. Relationship-driven and tech-enabled, Shawna partners with leaders to deliver tailored searches and high-calibre fits.
